Bruno Casabon is the Director of Sales for the Gourmet and Confectionery Division of the Barry Callebaut Group. Barry Callebaut is the Global leader in manufacturing and processing Chocolate and Cocoa related products. From the Philadelphia Sales representative to the Director of Sales positions, Mr. Casabon has led the Sales efforts for Barry Callebaut USA building the extensive Distribution network throughout the United States as well as in Mexico. In 1996, Mr. Casabon led a key role in the merger of French Group Cacao Barry and Belgian Group Callebaut U. S subsidiaries Sales departments. In 1998, Mr. Casabon facilitated the integration of the newly acquired Van Leer Chocolate company Sales and Marketing. Based in Jersey City, Van Leer has been the leading chocolate producer for Ice Cream manufacturers all across the United States. Major customers include national and regional confectioners as well as all national Hotel Chains such as the Hyatt, Marriott and Ritz-Carlton. Bruno is a member of the Barry Callebaut Global Strategic Committee. Mr. Casabon is a proud Temple University Graduate where he studied Marketing and International Business. He is the Vice-President Membership Development for the Philadelphia Chapter of FACC.
