David Harding is a partner in the Philadelphia Office of Ernst & Young LLP. Mr.
Harding has over 21 years of experience providing assurance and advisory
business services to international clients, primarily in the manufacturing,
chemical and distribution industries. His clients are United States based
multi-national public companies and French and Swiss companies with major
operations in the United States. Mr. Harding is also the Partner in Charge of
Learning for Ernst & Young’s Mid-Atlantic Area.
Mr. Harding has been involved in leadership roles in a number of non profit
organizations, most recently on the Board of Directors of The Boys & Girls Clubs
of Philadelphia where he served as Chairman of the Finance Committee. Mr.
Harding graduated from the State University of New York at Oswego in 1986. He is
a certified public accountant and a member of the AICPA.
