The evening featured a Sparkling Caviar Assouline
Reception, a gourmet dinner by Chef Glen Matlack of the Sheraton Society Hill, wine pairings and a wine contest by
Assouline & Ting, a fabulous silent auction, and music and dancing by the Fred
