9th Annual Summer Contacts
Networking Reception

Thursday, August 16, 2007, 6-8 PM

Hosted by Gamble-Huff Music at Philadelphia International Records, home of The Sound of Philadelphia and recording artists Lou Rawls, Patti LaBelle, Billy Paul, Teddy Pendergrass, The O'Jays, Harold Melvin & the Blue Notes, and The Jacksons, to name a few.

Located at 309 S. Broad Street near Spruce across from the Kimmel Center.

Chubby Checker recorded The Twist and Elton John recorded Philadelphia Freedom here, among many others.
Guests enjoyed refreshments and hors d’oeuvres as well as productive networking. We then toured the studio, a time machine into the 70's, and were recorded singing Love Train
in English and French. An unforgettable evening!
