John Walker joined Arthur Andersen's Philadelphia office in 1991. He served large multinational clients and foreign corporations including ARAMARK, Technitrol, SAP AG, and TOTAL S.A. In 1999, he transferred to Santiago, Chile to work with Latin American companies whose securities are registered in U.S. markets. In 2002, Mr. Walker joined KPMG's Philadelphia Business Measurement Process division as a senior manager.
Mr. Walker has served for several years as a Director on the Board of the Philadelphia Chapter of the French-American Chamber of Commerce. He also has been involved in leadership roles in a number of charitable organizations and currently organizes a group that provides meals at a local shelter. Mr. Walker attended the Pennsylvania State University. He is a certified public accountant and a member of the AICPA.
