Ed Lovelidge has served in a variety of roles over the years at the Firm's largest consumer and industrial product clients including DuPont, Crown Holdings, Inc. Rohm & Haas, Hercules and Alcan. He has substantial food industry at Campbell Soup, Danone, Tastykake, Hatfield Meats, Wise Foods, Vlasic Foods and Weaver Chicken. In addition to serving as audit partner, he has advised clients on acquisitions and divestitures, performed due diligence reviews, sell-side negotiations and provided technical advice on SEC. He has substantial expertise dealing with "carve-out" situations. During his Paris tour, Mr. Lovelidge was a member of our Global Capital Markets Group and assisted several French companies in raising capital in the United States. These clients included Danone, Thomson Multimedia and Sanofi-Synthlabo. He also served as partner on U.S. based companies located in France, such as Rohm & Haas, Campbell Soup and Crown Cork & Seal. Mr. Lovelidge has a leadership role as a Risk Management Partner in the Philadelphia office. These responsibilities include assessing new and existing client relationships, letter of arrangement management, addressing difficult reporting and liquidity issues at our clients, and leading our annual quality review process. Clients include: Campbell Soup Company, Crown Holdings, Inc., Rohm and Haas Company, and the Tasty Baking Company.
