Vincent Vadot is Vice President of Finance at Sartomer
Company, Inc. He reports to Luigi Colantuoni, President, and is responsible
for planning, organizing, and controlling all financial and IT activities
related to the worldwide operations of Sartomer.
Prior
to joining Sartomer in 2005, Vadot spent eight years in the TOTAL Group
Finance Division (Paris), where he most recently served as manager of the
Consolidation Department. Vadot spent several years with the auditing firm
Coopers & Lybrand, now Price Waterhouse Coopers.
Vadot holds a graduate degree in business
management from the Paris European School of Management (Ecole Superieure de
Commerce de Paris).
Headquartered in Exton, Pa., Sartomer
provides a variety of specialty chemicals designed to enhance processing and
performance characteristics in coatings, inks, elastomers, adhesives,
sealants, composites, and other demanding applications. The company's
product offering includes more than 600 monomers and oligomers,
photoinitiators, polybutadiene resins, styrene maleic anhydride resins,
hydrocarbon resins, and other specialty chemicals.
Sartomer operates with three geographical
sales regions, Americas, Europe and Asia, and two global business units,
Photocure and Functional Additives.
