Corporate Program Director
Gaëlle Dyèvre, currently Corporate Program Director for Airgas, an Air Liquide company, has 20 years’ concerted experience in all aspects of supply chain and project management for domains both technical and operational of the gas, metals, and aerospace industries. In her role, working for the business development of industrial markets, Gaëlle leads the national deployment of the ARCAL TM offers. ARCAL is the Air Liquide Group’s premium line of welding gases, a technically innovative product recognized internationally as a value-based solution.
Gaëlle joined the Group in 2013 and shortly thereafter relocated from Montreal (Qc, Canada) to Philadelphia (PA, USA) to play a role in the integration of the Airgas acquisition 1. Gaëlle was subsequently appointed Global Product Director responsible for the strategic business roadmap of products complementary to gas applications, mainly used in welding and cutting of metals. Prior to joining the Air Liquide Group, Gaëlle was involved with the aerospace industry in various capacities at Bell Helicopter -Textron, Pratt & Whitney Canada, and Bombardier Aerospace in purchasing, lean manufacturing, and S&OP. She also cumulated business achievements as project procurement manager in the mining industry, managing technical crews and organizing global supplier conventions and qualification events.
True to the French tradition of her family known in Europe for its engineers and naval officers, Gaëlle served in the Canadian army reserves. During her years of service, Gaëlle achieved the rank of Captain, represented Canada in the NATO military pentathlon and was awarded the Queen’s Jubilee medal for services rendered to the community. Now a well established Phildelphian by adoption, Gaëlle pursues her involvement in the community as an active board member of the Philadelphia Chapter of the French Heritage Society, organizing charitable events and by staying involved in the ministries of her neighborhood parish.
Gaëlle holds a first BSc in Operations Research and is completing a second degree in Industrial Engineering. She is fluent in French and English, knows Spanish and basic Japanese. She is a member of the Conshy Spartans’ OCR team, a swimmer and a passionate tennis adult learner.
Airgas was founded in 1982 with the acquisition of a local distributor, Connecticut Oxygen. Over the next 35+ years, the company has grown organically and through more than 500 acquisitions to become one of the largest U.S. distribution networks in the packaged gas industry. Airgas was acquired by Air Liquide in 2016. Together, the combined company became a world leader in gas and services for Industry and Health.
