The unexpected presidential election victory by Donald Trump has sent shockwaves through the immigrant community.

While most media outlets and analysts are focused on the effect the election will have for those immigrants in the United States without status, there is also the potential for significant changes to business immigration.

This CLE (Continuing Legal Education) accredited program, led by Jonathan Grode, U.S. Practice Director, Green and Spiegel US LLC, and Adjunct Professor of Law at Temple University's Beasley School of Law, addressed these potential changes in detail and how they will impact businesses that employ foreign nationals.

A specific focus was paid to French companies and French nationals.

Jonathan Grode directs the Immigration Law practice at the United States offices (Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and Providence, Rhode Island) of Green and Spiegel LLC. He completed his undergraduate studies at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio where he graduated magna cum laude (1999).
