WELCOMING CENTER - Program Manager, International Professionals Program
The Welcoming Center is seeking a Program Manager to join our growing Workforce Development division. The Program Manager is a full-time position in the Welcoming Center’s International Professionals Program (IPP) and plays an integral role in IPP program delivery, development and relationship management with participants and external stakeholders. The Program Manager facilitates group training sessions and guides individual participants in planning for short- and long-term professional career goals.
WELCOMING CENTER - Director of Workforce Development Programs
The Welcoming Center is seeking a Director of Workforce Development Programs to lead and manage this growing division of the organization. The Director of Workforce Development Programs is a full-time position, reporting to the Deputy Director, and responsible for the operation and management of workforce programs and staff. Along with the Deputy Director, organizational leadership and staff, the Director of Workforce Programs will also work to ensure that program implementation decisions are driven by the organization’s mission and values to support an inclusive workforce development strategy.
OVERSEAS STRATEGIC CONSULTING - Project Manager, Francophone
The Manager provides operational, administrative, and technical support to OSC's project management team(s) throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.
This includes: managing staff and consultant deployments; assisting preparing monthly project technical and financial reports, and; providing support to OSC field staff. The Manager works hand in glove with project leads and other managers to ensure efficient and coordinated completion of all assigned tasks. The Manager also works with OSC directors, senior leadership and other managers on business and proposal development tasks, developing research and briefing materials to enhance OSC presentations and pitches.
