Meet the Coach:

Yves-Pascal Pelcener is an Executive Coach who partners with Executives, Teams and Organizations, supporting them through transition and change to achieve significant increased performance and breakthrough results. With more than 30 years of experience, including 22 years in the investment business managing uncertainty and risk, and honing his decision-making skills, Yves-Pascal has developed a posture and presence appreciated by operational leaders at all levels.

As a successful Trader and Portfolio Manager for a major French bank, and then, as a Founder and Manager of a start-up Fund Management Company with a track record for outstanding performance, he exercised multiple technical responsibilities related to human capital, such as recruiting, training, mentoring and coaching. Having resided in France, Australia, and now Singapore, he has partnered with clients across the globe and across many industries and cultures.
