Carsten Sprotte, an American living in Paris, who specializes in exclusive property searches and sales, from a Paris pied-à-terre apartment to a countryside château, and anything in between.

Thursday, August 19th, 2021
12:00 PM - 1:o0 PM EDT
Free Program via Zoom

Topics Carsten explored:

1.  Why are so many Anglophones attracted to France?  What is the right mindset for living abroad?

2.  Property in France: a "turn" on investment.  What are you seeking in terms of real and intangible assets?

3.  Nuts and bolts of purchasing property in France.  How does the process work?

What cultural factors come into play?  What are the hidden costs and benefits?  What are the pitfalls to avoid?

4.  Where to purchase a property and live in France?  How to choose between a thousand different cheeses?

The question is one and the same in a way.

Carsten Sprotte, Consultant, specialized in France for foreigners, from real estate to real life

The first chapter of my career was dedicated to consulting and training, mostly in the vast domain of organizational learning. I also held positions as Head of Learning, notably at Moët Hennessy (LVMH).

Since 2015 my consulting focus has switched entirely to French real estate, where I truly enjoy working with individual clients rather than corporations. I have successfully sold numerous properties and performed several years of dedicated property searches for Anglophone clients.
