Paul M Ladner is currently the Chief Operating Officer of UGI International based in Paris, France. UGI International is wholly owned by UGI Corp, marketing and distributing Propane, Butane, Natural Gas and Electricity in 17 European countries, employing over 2,500 and serving well over 1 million customers. In addition, Paul is a Past President and Board Member of Liquid Gas Europe, the European LPG association, and a Board Member of the POGP, the Polish LPG association. Prior to his present position, Paul was the Group CEO for UGI International’s Eastern European businesses based in Warsaw, Poland, and the Vice President of Marketing for UGI International, based in Vienna, Austria. Paul’s LPG experience also extends to UGI’s US based LPG company, AmeriGas Propane, where he worked in several positions throughout the US, in both commercial and operational management roles.


Paul holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Richmond, and a Masters of Business Administration degree from Penn State University. Paul is originally from the Philadelphia area. He and his wife Ida maintain a home in Wayne, PA, and have remained loyal Eagles, Sixers, Flyers, Phillies and Union fans.
