Paul Pellegrini is a senior manager at Deloitte Tax in the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania office. He has approximately 10 years of experience assisting corporate clients with international tax issues, focusing on mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, post-acquisition integration, financing transactions, cross-border restructurings, tax compliance, and tax controversy. He focuses his practice on serving inbound companies on a wide variety of international tax matters, particularly with companies in the France, Italy, and the United Kingdom. Paul has advised a broad client base, including clients in the financial services, manufacturing, technology, media, energy, real estate, and private equity industries. Prior to joining Deloitte, Paul was a tax associate at Pepper Hamilton LLP.
