Blandine Chantepie-Kari, an international strategist with 15+ years of experience, specializes in international trade, Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) attraction programs, and ecosystem building. In March 2020, Blandine joined Temple University – Small Business Development Center as an Instructor and International Business Consultant to support the new International Incubator. Since March 2021, she became Program Manager, International Programs. She is managing the ENRICH in the USA – European Network of Research and Innovation Centers and Hubs – program funded by the European Commission. As a consortium partner, Temple SBDC leads the ENRICH initiative in the USA with the support of NCURA National Council of University Research Administrators.
