The International Law Committee of the Philadelphia Bar Association
is excited to welcome you back for the second part of its program about
The Philadelphia-Lyon Bar Exchange Program.

For more than 26 years, French interns have come to Philadelphia to undertake a 6-month internship. As part of this program, it has become a tradition for them to finish their visit by presenting about a matter of interest of French Law. Our two speakers are the current French interns: Chloé Justin, intern at McElroy, Deutsch, Mulvaney & Carpenter, LLP and Élève-Avocate à l’École des Avocats du Rhône-Alpes, and Fanny Lheureux, intern at Troutman Pepper Hamilton Sanders LLP and Élève-Avocate à l’École des Avocats du Rhône-Alpes. They will focus on how to enhance global business through two examples: the comparison of IP rights protecting French goods in the U.S. and France and the introduction of American legal concepts in French law.
